Instructor-Led Person Centered Thinking

Person Centered Thinking workshops go far beyond simply learning new information. They offer a transformative experience—one that challenges perspectives, deepens understanding, and sharpens practical skills in ways that are meaningful and immediately applicable. And now, you can access this powerful training from wherever you are.

The live online version of the workshop, delivered via Zoom, brings the same dynamic, hands-on learning experience to a virtual setting. Led by expert instructors, participants engage in interactive activities such as brainstorming, role-playing, problem-solving, partner work, chat discussions, and small group collaboration—ensuring active involvement and real-time feedback every step of the way.

This modular format includes a 2-hour Kick-Off Session, followed by four highly engaging 3.5-hour sessions spread across two weeks—designed to fit into your schedule without sacrificing depth or impact.

These online classes are limited to 20 participants. Since 2020, we have successfully trained over 300 people from across the United States, including Louisiana, Michigan, Alaska, South Carolina, Illinois, New Hampshire, Hawaii, Wisconsin, New York, Vermont, Georgia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Tennessee, Alaska and North Carolina. Our workshops are often attended by Options Counselors in North Carolina who need to complete a required PCT training for their certification. This represents a collaboration between Firstperson Services and the Division of Aging, NC Department of Health and Human Services

Join us online and take the next step toward truly person-centered practice—wherever you are.
