Charting the LifeCourse is a framework and way of thinking, articulated through educational resources and interactive tools, that can be woven into existing practices to support people, families, and organizations in practices that align with these values. Roy Gerstenberger at Firstperson Services is a national consultant for the Nexus. We are trained in ways to introduce and promote Charting the LifeCourse. This is designed to be used for your own life, for your family members, or in the work you do. The framework and tools will help you organize your ideas, vision, and goals, as well as problem-solve, navigate, and advocate for supports.
